What the Human Mind Taught Me (with Hairspray).

Just reflecting today, and I'm honestly fascinated by how the human mind works sometimes...

Take this morning for example, I accidentally used my hair spray as a deodorant. My mind was clearly off on its own adventure, and somehow I picked up the hair spray, looked right at it, and still sprayed it under my arm. I was even about to do the other side when I paused, thinking,

"Why does this feel wrong on my skin?" That's when it hit me!

This little mishap reminded me of how important it is to be present, vigilant and to stay alert! even in the most routine moments.

So here's your friendly reminder to be watchful and vigilant always! You never know when your brain might decide to wing it on your behalf!
